Cell phone privacy issues

A recent FBI investigation resulted in the discovery that the major cell phone carriers are selling all or most all of their customer’s real-time location data to companies that distribute it to nearly anyone who is willing to pay for it, including debt collectors, other businesses, law enforcement, bounty hunters, and other entities.

This was a massive invasion of consumer privacy. We are interested in talking to any cell phone customers in West Virginia or North Carolina who may be interested in perusing legal action against their cell phone provider(s), past or present, for breach of their right to privacy. Fill this form out below if your interested and we’ll reach out to you within the next couple days, or you can call us at (304) 562-7111.
