Benjamin M. Sheridan is a partner in the firm of Klein & Sheridan, LC.  His practice is primarily focused on consumer protection and residential construction litigation.  Mr. Sheridan has a history of standing up to creditors, banks, credit bureaus, and insurance companies who want to take away your rights.

Mr. Sheridan began his legal career at Legal Aid of West Virginia helping many West Virginians with serious legal issues including consumer, family issues, immigration, bankruptcy, property, and many more.


Attorney Benjamin Sheridan graduated in 2008 from West Virginia University College of Law. In 2009, he graduated from the George Washington University College of Law with a master’s degree in International and Comparative Law.
